Do I need to install anything?
No. ImpoGrid runs in a modern web browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox) on Windows or Mac. Open app.impogrid.com and start working.
Are my customers' files uploaded anywhere?
No. The PDF is processed on your own computer, inside the browser. It is never sent to our servers.
What happens when the free month ends?
The app shows how many free days you have left at the top of the screen. When the month ends, choose monthly or yearly to keep going. If you don't subscribe, your account simply pauses; nothing is charged automatically.
Will the colours and fonts change?
No. ImpoGrid places the original PDF pages on the sheet without converting them, so fonts, CMYK values and spot colours stay exactly as the designer made them.
My file has no bleed. Can I still use it?
Yes. ImpoGrid tells you when a file has no bleed or less than you asked for, and uses what the file has. It never pretends bleed exists.
Which paper sizes are supported?
A4, A3, SRA3, A2, 61 × 43, 64 × 45, 70 × 50, B2 and 70 × 100 cm today, with your own margin and gripper. Custom sheet sizes are coming soon.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. Monthly plans stop at the end of the paid month; yearly plans run until the end of the paid year.
