Who we are
ImpoGrid is operated by Best Value Print, Toronto, Ontario, Canada ("we", "us"). Contact: [email protected].
Your print files
ImpoGrid processes PDF files entirely inside your web browser, on your own computer. Your files, and your customers' artwork, are never uploaded to our servers, and we cannot see them.
Information we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and company name, used to create your account, send login links and contact you about your subscription.
- Subscription and payment records: plan, dates and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment provider, Stripe, and are never stored by us.
- Basic usage information: for example, which job types are used and error reports, used only to fix problems and improve ImpoGrid. This never includes file contents.
How we use it
To provide and support ImpoGrid, manage your trial and subscription, send service messages (such as trial reminders and receipts), and, only if you agree, product news. We do not sell your information.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run ImpoGrid: website hosting (Cloudflare), email delivery and payment processing (Stripe). Each receives only what it needs for that purpose.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account is active, and afterwards only as long as required for legal, tax or accounting purposes.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or unsubscribe from product news at any time, by emailing [email protected].
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for important changes, tell you by email.
